Returns will be accepted for store credit/exchange only within 14 days of merchandise delivery date for domestic delivery and 30 days for international customers.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please email contactbrontesboutique@gmail.combefore sending back the item, regarding the return so we know to expect the item. Please include your order number, the item you are wanting to return and your reason for wanting to return the item in the email. Returned items will only be accepted in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, tag still intact, etc, in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
